Before joining IOOS, Michele worked as Associate of Girardi Studio Legale e Tributario since 2013.
He specialises in corporate law and bankruptcy law, assisting Italian and foreign companies with reference to every area of their business activity, from foundation to the wound up, as well as in M&A operations. Michele has been Visiting Research Post Graduate Student at Queen Mary – University of London in 2011. He gained a Ph.D. in company law at University of Trento in 2013, and the Specialization Course for Corporate Lawyers’s certificate at Bocconi University – Milan in 2016.He is lecturer in Public owned companies law at University of Trento – Faculty of law.
