Before joining IOOS Marco was Mid-Senior Associate at Orrick in the Rome office and member of the M&A and Private Equity Group.
He specialises in corporate transactions focusing on merger and acquisitions and private equity, advising major clients active in a wide array of industries, in the whole steps of any acquisition (including the due diligence investigation).
In 2009, he gained an LL.M. with honors at the Northwestern University of Chicago.
