Laura gained a solid experience in business transfers, in corporate restructuring and reorganization procedures, providing assistance in procedures for staff reductions, in consultation, information and trade union negotiations (collective and individual), in labour due diligence for corporate M&A transactions.
She provides consulting services to companies – offering assistance in all operations and aspects, both extraordinary and ordinary, concerning the employment relationship – both in the extrajudicial phase and in the litigation phase – in favor of Italian clients operating both nationally and internationally, and foreign clients wishing to open a division of their business in Italy.
Graduated from the University of Trento, she subsequently attended a post-graduate course in “Advanced Studies in European and Transnational Law” at the University of Trento.
