Previous to the foundation of IOOS, Andrea Girardi worked as a partner of Girardi Studio Legale e Tributario, founded by the same in 1996.
His areas of specialization are corporate law with a particular focus on merger and acquisitions, insolvency law and procedures. Andrea Girardi exercised his competences in various sectors, also by counseling, managing and personally holding roles of executive nature in important firms in the banking, insurance, energy, and infrastructures sectors.
